Dr. Yaniv Isaacs
Dr. Yaniv Isaacs obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2006 and subsequently practiced dentistry in Israel, where he was born and raised. In 2015, Dr. Isaacs immigrated to Saint John, New Brunswick, with his wife and two children, aspiring to establish a life in a tranquil and nurturing environment conducive to both personal and professional growth.
Following his relocation, Dr. Isaacs successfully fulfilled all Canadian licensure requirements, earning his certification from the National Dental Examining Board of Canada in 2016.
Dr. Isaacs remains dedicated to clinical excellence through continuous professional development. He regularly engages in advanced education and training in order to remain abreast of the latest innovations and techniques in dentistry, thereby ensuring the highest standard of care and comfort for his patients.
In his spare time, Dr. Isaacs enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether hiking, exploring nature trails, or simply relaxing outside with his family
Who we are
Dr. Kelly Keyes
With over 30 years of experience in family dentistry, Dr. Kelly Keyes is known for her compassionate approach and long-standing commitment to patient care. She has a particular focus on hospital dentistry for young children and adults with special needs, providing gentle and accessible care to those who need it most.
Dr. Keyes earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University in 1993, following a Bachelor of Science from St. Francis Xavier University in 1989. A lifelong learner, she recently completed her Executive MBA at Queen’s University (Class of 2025). This fall, she will join Dalhousie Dental School as a guest lecturer in their practice management course, where she looks forward to sharing her experience with the next generation of dental professionals.
Dr. Keyes is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists (2018) and the American College of Dentists (2023)—recognitions reserved for dentists who have made significant contributions to the field and upheld the highest standards of ethics and leadership.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Keyes enjoys time in the garden, traveling, skiing, and spending time with her five grown children.
Practice Coordinator
Krista
With over 30 years in the dental field, Krista has been a vital part of the industry since beginning her career as a dental assistant in 1992. Her passion for patient care and operational excellence led her to the role of Practice Coordinator, where she now manages the daily operations of the clinic with precision, compassion, and a deep commitment to service.
In her personal life, Krista is devoted to her family and friends. She enjoys gardening, outdoor adventures, and finding joy in simple moments—whether it’s a picnic in the park or a gathering with loved ones.
Krista’s blend of experience, empathy, and enthusiasm makes her a valued leader and a trusted presence in the practice.

Donna
With over a decade of dedicated service, Donna is a valued and irreplaceable member of the team. Her depth of experience is matched by her kindness, patience, and steady presence—qualities that have earned her the trust of both patients and colleagues alike.
Outside of her professional life, Donna is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoys quiet moments with a good book and the company of her beloved cats. Her warmth and compassion are felt in everything she does, making her a true cornerstone of the practice.

Rachel
Rachel is our behind-the-desk hero who keeps things running smoothly and patients smiling (even if their mouths are full of gauze). With years of experience and a no-nonsense approach to care. She’s got an eagle eye for detail, and a presence that somehow makes people forget they’re at the dentist.
Outside of her professional life, she is all about family time, wine nights with her girls, and soaking up life’s quieter moments.
Real, reliable, and a little bit hilarious, Rachel brings heart to the hustle and keeps our clinic grounded in what matters: compassion, teamwork, and a lot of laughter.

Krystal
Originally from Saint John, New Brunswick, Krystal earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Dalhousie University.
Since 2006, Krystal has been a dedicated member of our team at Loch Lomond Dental, where she brings nearly two decades of experience to her role as a dental hygienist. Known for her compassionate approach and commitment to patient education, she focuses on the important link between oral health and overall wellness, helping patients take an active role in their long-term care.
Outside of her professional life, Krystal enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their dog. An avid lover of the outdoors, Krystal can often be found gardening, camping, skiing, or cheering on her kids at their activities.

Jennifer
Jennifer has been a valued member of the Loch Lomond Dental team since 2010. Known for her quiet confidence and unwavering dependability, she is dedicated to providing exceptional preventative care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported in their oral health journey.
Jennifer takes pride in building lasting relationships and creating a welcoming, professional environment at every visit.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Courtney
Courtney graduated from the Canadian National Institute of Health (CNIH) in March 2024 with a diploma in dental hygiene and became a fully licensed registered dental hygienist after passing her board exams in June 2024.
From a young age, Courtney had a strong interest in dentistry and always knew she wanted to work in the dental field. Now, she brings that lifelong passion to every patient she sees.
She’s especially dedicated to the preventative side of oral health, believing that education, early intervention, and regular hygiene care are key to maintaining a healthy smile.
Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Courtney loves building trust with her patients and making each dental visit a positive experience.
When she’s not in the clinic, you might find her staying up to date on the latest in dental hygiene or enjoying time with family and friends.

With over 10 years of experience, Erin isn’t just part of the team—she’s the glue that holds it all together. Whether she’s assisting, organizing, troubleshooting, or just being the quiet voice of reason, she’s the definition of a jack of all trades.
With a passion for patient care, comfort, and lifelong learning, Erin brings calm energy and quiet confidence to everything she does—we’d honestly be lost without her.
She brings a steady vibe to even the busiest days, which pairs perfectly with the peaceful life she’s built outside the office. Erin lives for family time with her husband and their black lab Autumn. She radiates that same warmth and grounded energy in everything she does.

Shannon
Shannon is a Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant who graduated from Oulton College in 2021. She joined our team at Loch Lomond Dental in 2022 and has since blossomed into a confident, skilled, and valued member of our dental family.
With a passion for patient care, Shannon is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and at ease while helping them achieve their dental goals. Her warm personality and commitment to excellence truly shine through in everything she does.
Outside of her professional life, Shannon is always on the go—whether she’s volunteering at community events or spending quality time with friends, family, and her beloved pets, Waffles and Oakley.

Annabelle
Originally from Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Annabelle graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Oulton College in 2012. She began her career in Moncton, where she gained valuable experience in the dental field, and recently relocated to the Saint John area.
Dedicated to professional growth, Annabelle has actively participated in numerous continuing education courses throughout her career.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is an avid concert goer.
